Hello everyone!
Looks like Mr. Jack Frost is slowly creeping up on us! It has been chilly here at the Halloween Night headquarters! We might even get our first frost one night this week! Yikes!
If you haven't already, I'm sure some of you will be attending a haunted house event (or something similar) for the Halloween season. Our haunted events guru, Chas, has found a couple of frighteningly awesome Halloween haunted events for you to attend...if you dare! MUWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
The first one would find you traveling to Los Angeles to experience the Ghost Ship! The Ghost Ship boasts itself as the only haunted attraction in the United States that actually sets sail into the dark, open ocean at night! This takes a haunted house to a whole new level!! To read more about the Ghost Ship, ticket pricing, and how to get there follow this link: http://ghostship.com/flash/index.html Chas brought up a good point while we were discussing this event...there is something about a ghost ship, something more terrifying than a haunted house. Maybe because ghost ships are not as common in popular culture unlike the haunted house. Call me crazy, but I would really love to go on that "ride"!!
The next event takes us to New England--New Hampshire to be exact. SpookyWorld/Nightmare New England seems to be more like a haunted theme park filled with haunted attractions, restaurants/bars, sideshows, etc... This sounds like a really fun place to visit! Here's the link for more info: http://www.spookyworld.com/
Thanks again to Chas for finding these great events! I would like to create a listing on the blog for all of your favorite haunted events that you attend each year! Please comment on the blog post or email me with your favorites and I'll compile a list!
Happy Hauntings!
Thank you for mentioning me in your Blog. I too would love to visit that Ghost Ship. It sounds totally unique. I am glad you enjoyed the links I gave you. I really hate seeing this Halloween coming to an end. But to us, Halloween never truly ends... does it!
ReplyDeleteWell, you are most welcome!! I hate seeing Halloween coming to an end as well. :( It always seems so far away until it's actually here. But you're right! Halloween never truly ends!! ;)
